These Terms & Conditions govern all property sales, reservations, inspections, and services provided by Grace-Shekinah Homes Ltd in Lagos, Nigeria.
1. Property Listings & Availability
- All properties listed (both in Nigeria and international properties) are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to update or withdraw listings at any time.
2. Property Reservation & Payments
- Properties (both Nigeria and international properties) can only be reserved after initial payment or deposit.
- Full ownership is transferred only after complete payment.
- All payments must be made through approved company channels.
3. Inspection Policy
- Property (both Nigeria and international properties) inspections must be scheduled in advance.
- The Company is not responsible for transportation to inspection sites.
- Clients must adhere to agreed inspection times.
4. Documentation & Legal Process
- All property (both in Nigeria and international properties) documents will be provided after payment confirmation.
- Buyers are advised to conduct independent verification if required.
- The Company ensures transparency but is not liable for third-party delays.
5. Refund & Cancellation
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of transaction.
- Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable period.
- Administrative or legal fees are non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate personal and payment information.
- Clients must comply with all legal requirements for property ownership.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of allocation.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by government approvals or third parties.
- All transactions are conducted in accordance with Nigerian property laws.
- Liability is limited to the value of the transaction.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and international Law.
